Fun Facts

  • Nikole may be a dainty, little thing, but she once traveled with Riker and his team during the Nova War!
  • She’s a bit of a bookworm, and spent much of her childhood reading all sorts of history books and historical fiction novels.
  • She absolutely detests garlic, and won’t eat any food that’s been cooked with it.


Bio

With an elegant and calming presence, Nikole is Dracanea’s only princess, and the sole heir to the throne, after her father King Rutos. She and Riker have been lifelong friends, for their entire lives and share a special bond that Eevie can get a bit jealous of, quite frankly. As the princess, Nikole takes great pride in her home, and knows a great deal of Dracanean mythology, history, and lore, to the point she’s one of the best leading authorities on the subject! Much like her father, she envisions a day where Dracanea ends its isolation so that she may one day set sail and see what sorts of wonders lie across the great seas!

While at first glance Nikole seems like a naive, proper lady, she does have a history in the adventure biz! After all, during the Nova War of old, she departed with Riker to travel the land and save the day! As a proper grown-up now, her adventuring days may be behind her, but she still has big dreams and big plans for how to change Dracanea, rather than sitting idly by as a figurehead. Who knows! Maybe one day she’ll pick up her old adventure gear and set off into the field!

Drake – The Huntsman

Drake Rufus

Fun Facts

  • Drake has a photographic memory of flora and fauna! He can identify over 10,000 species of animals on sight alone!
  • He raised his hawk buddy, Chenango, from the time he was a chick, after he was abandoned from his nest. The two have been nearly inseparable since.
  • Drake worked as both an ecological surveyor and a private hunter in his youth, before becoming the Chieftain of Dracontium Village.


Bio

To say Drake loves the outdoors is an understatement. Drake LIVES the outdoors! A keen hunter and a survivalist, he accepts his place in the world, both the good and the bad. To him, hunting with his partner Chenango is a noble pursuit, only to be done for food, and he thanks his quarry for giving their lives, making use of as much of their carcass as possible so as not to disrespect the environment which he loves.
After all, as a fierce advocate of the natural environment, he’s long advocated for Dracanea to create wilderness preserves to protect the few remaining dragons that live in the wild. Unfortunately, with everything going on in the kingdom, the local wildlife has fallen as a low priority to the monarchy.

In battle, Drake makes use of animal allies to change his battle style on the fly. Recruiting an alligator turns him into a defensive tank, while employing penguins help him to prioritize his magical attacks! He’s so versatile!

On top of running his own private wildlife sanctuary in Southern Dracanea, Drake is constantly seen traveling all over the place, though nobody seems to know why… With a wife and a son, and though much of his youth is somewhat behind him, he still lives life to the fullest. But beneath his jolly, amiable exterior, it seems that there may just be a bit of sadness though…

Redox – The Good General

  • General Redox has served as the Crown’s Own Knight longer than any other recorded official. He’s been at it for over 25 years!
  • Some say he has over 500 dad-jokes ready to go, at any given moment.
  • Off-the-record sources suggest Riker sees Redox as more of a father-figure than his own flesh and blood dad!


Bio

A lifelong servant of Dracanea, General Redox is a legend among his peers. He’s long been seen as one of the greatest heroes to have ever lived. As a youngster, he was top in his class at Dracanea’s Military Academy in Artemisia. Upon graduating, he worked as an officer for Aevis City’s local constabulary and rose quickly through the ranks, becoming Inspector in his building after just 7 years in the force! His imposing figure, herculean strength, and rigid moral compass made him an immediate choice for Crown’s Own Knight when his longtime friend King Rutos took the throne.

As time went on, Redox tended to see less action in his time at Aevis Castle and lent both his guiding wisdom and legendary sense of humor cement him as an inspiration for many young, new heroes like Riker Tierros. (To this day, Riker looks up to him like a puppy looks up to their favorite human.)
